Reported in Argentina, Botswana, Brazil (national average yield 18 m3/ha/yr), Congo, Cuba, Fiji, Ghana, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Papua, Paraguay, Peru, Sudan, Uruguay, and Zimbabwe.
